Beagle Rescue is resource center for people wanting to rescue, rehome, foster
and simply learn about the Beagle breed Be sure to register an account and
have free access to the sites classifieds, image gallery, discussion forums,
quick answers to simple questions and a wealth of knowledge about the Beagle breed.

While we may be biased, we believe that Beagles are the greatest dog breed you can own.
Or more specifically - to be owned by! Beagles are a fun breed for
people with a sense of humor who want a pet, not a possession.
Loyal to their nose, food and owner (in that order), a Beagle requires a pack
to enjoy the company of. If you cannot spend at least 4 or 5 hours a day with your Beagle
it is recommended that ou have two - thats twice the pets but you will have only half the
trouble with barking and chewing that a bored Beagle gets up to.

Two Small Puppies owner, Erin Ison, has recently started a website dedicated to photos taken at local dog shows.

Plenty of local and Australian-wide breeders feature in the gallery which can be viewed at http://www.dogshotphotos.com.au

Beagle Rescue Site Launched

Beagle Rescue originated as a solution to the relative obscurity of Beagle Rescue and Clubs in Australia. During our own hunt for a Beagle, we found it very difficult to contact breeders and rescue groups. Many of the sites were out of date or very hard to find in amongst all the internet noise.

Hopefully Beagle Rescue provides an easy to find resource for any Australian Beagle Rescue, Adoption or Club queries. The site is entirely not-for-profit, with no money charged for link referals or information. This is not a link swap project, or link directory. We will not link to sites that are not in agreeance with the morals and standards of this site, nor do we expect that sites we link to link back to us.

As time goes on, it is hoped that Beagle Rescue will become a solid resource for researching Beagles, for foster carers to publically list their foster Beagles for adoption, and for people offering a 'forever home' to a lucky Beagle to be matched up with their perfect companion.
